To Zhou Tian's existence, many of the divine rulers felt ill at ease. In the eyes of these rulers, having an entity with comparable or even superior power lingering around their vicinity was unsettling, especially for those who lacked a sense of security.
However, regardless of their disapproval of Zhou Tian, according to the rules amongst all monster groups, only a powerful strength had the authority to speak. Unable to defeat Zhou Tian, they had no way of dictating what he could or couldn't do.
Luckily, Zhou Tian was merely in search of spatial passages, hence the places he visited were random wanderings and he never lingered long. Because of this, although Zhou Tian's existence was uncomfortable for the rulers, they eventually still acknowledged his unique presence.
