Even without Zhou Tian expressing it explicitly, the Pope Level leaders could sense that their attitudes were influencing Zhou Tian's plans. This realization made them feel embarrassed about their prior behavior. Although they did not regret Zhou Tian's actions, they started making amends, hoping not to offend Zhou Tian because of their past performances.
Zhou Tian was somewhat annoyed, primarily because these Pope Level leaders were too cautious. If Zhou Tian had been plotting against them, he wouldn't have cared much; he would have just found them hard to manipulate. But Zhou Tian wanted to help them, yet their overly cautious attitude was making it hard for him to do so. Feeling it tremendously difficult to control a few Pope Level powers, Zhou Tian even contemplated quitting, if it weren't for the pressure FROM above.
No matter how impatient he felt inside, for his own goals, Zhou Tian could only say at that moment: "Okay, let's discuss cooperation now!"
