Unlike Zhou Tian, those NPC demigods simply couldn't ignore the NPC soldiers and not come to their aid.
Zhou Tian wouldn't care about the casualties among his Beastman subordinates because, as long as he had special energy, the Beastman under Zhou Tian would be inexhaustible resources. He could summon as many troops as he wished; with the Demonic Transformation Pool at his disposal, he could easily create more military power.
But unlike Zhou Tian, those NPCs were like humans; every member needed to be born and then grow up. Therefore, if it came to a war of attrition against the monsters, even ten or eight NPC forces combined wouldn't stand a chance against them.
Therefore, for a monster of Zhou Tian's level, he wouldn't possibly care about the life and death of his Beastman subordinates. As long as he could achieve his goals, even if all his Beastman subordinates died, Zhou Tian probably wouldn't even frown.
