Outside the mansion of the lord of Rootless Black City, Ning Cheng had set up a simple protective array. Shu Xing and Bu Mei stayed outside to guard the formation.
Ning Cheng was standing in front of a prison cell that was bound by an array. It was the second time he had seen Shen Zimo.
