The crowd nearby scattered in a flash when they saw a man strapped with a bomb, while those further away, affected by the commotion, retreated with the tide of people, not quite understanding what was happening. Only fools would stay put.
Clearly disheartened by life, the bomber seemed to be a novice at terrorist attacks. Seeing everyone run away and leaving him in the cold, he became anxious and tried to run into the crowd to take more hostages.
