The two nurses did not die from a single slash, their terrified screams filling the air. A huge gash split their heads open, as crimson blood soaked their white nurse uniforms and splattered against the wall in a ghastly sight.
The assailant, gasping heavily, fixed his gaze on the screaming nurse and swung his kitchen knife again, striking her cheek and slicing from the corner of her eye to her mouth. Her nose split open, and her flesh peeled back gruesomely.
The nurse lay rigid, clearly not going to survive, while the other, too scared to scream, was not spared. The assailant killed her with a single chop and then pursued the doctors who had fled.
It only took the assailant a few seconds to butcher the nurse. The doctors had not escaped far, their panicked cries for help were cut short as a buzz-cut doctor was caught. Stabbed in the back, and as he fell to the ground, another slash to his neck ended his life instantly.
