Luoer secretly observed and noticed that these people had the typical northern Otherworld look and were wearing a mishmash of Otherworld style clothes. The only incongruous element was the rifles they held in their hands.
These people's rifles varied in length; most were semi-automatic rifles, with a few short-barrelled assault rifles. Seeing their weapons, Luoer knew that these people were not as simple as they appeared.
As mentioned before, the people of Earth actually have a rather strict control over weapons. A case of arms smuggling that took place two years ago was considered very significant.
The United Nations distinguishes types of weapons by their firing speed. This idea was directly copied from the United States' gun laws but is even stricter.
