The southern shore of Ilanadale to the Ancient States is mostly flat terrain, with rolling hills no higher than a hundred meters. Such terrain is very convenient for cavalry mobility, but the Advance Team didn't have enough horses. This would put them at a disadvantage if they encountered Theron.
Currently, the High-peak people's aerospace technology is relatively backward, so they don't have very advanced navigation equipment. They can only adjust their route by relying on the compass and maps of the Otherworld. Because of this, the transport plane did not dare to fly over the sea completely.
