In the seventh district of Haiya Town, located within the Qiongzhong Mountain area, Lin Wei, the Chief of the General Staff Headquarters for the Otherworld, gathered everyone from headquarters for a meeting. This included Luo'er's grandfather, Luo Qishan.
In the council hall, facing dozens of high-ranking officers from the headquarters as well as army officers, Lin Wei began to discuss the plan they were currently implementing, the Origin Project.
"The Origin Project started on June 1, 2028 and has now been in progress for twenty-four years. During these twenty-four years, we have nurtured and cared for tens of thousands of sub-species humans. However, as it stands, this seems merely a drop in the ocean. The talent gap we're facing is still significant. Solely relying on these sub-species humans is far from enough; we need other newborn forces as well," he said.
