If such an explanation doesn't make sense, then there can only be one explanation: Nina never gave up on Luo'er. Even after having a mixed-blood son like Luo'er, she became the Princess of Ilanadale once again.
But such a plot twist was even more incredible and eerie.
Although Axia was a Snow Elf, she still knew about Ilanadale. This self-proclaimed orthodox drooping-ear race had always been hostile towards outsiders and half-bloods. She could understand the Advance Team entering Divine Wood Town since there were trade relations with Ilanadale, but Luo'er and Nina being so intimately close was baffling.
Was it that Luo'er was bold, or did the Princess have no shame? It was hard to say. Before joining the headquarters, Axia felt she had little chance to clarify the relationship between Luo'er and Nina, or even that of Ilanadale as a whole.
With complex thoughts, Axia watched as Luo'er and Nina left the airboat together and headed towards Divine Wood Town.
