"Causality?" Chu Mo furrowed his brows slightly.
The old monk turned to him and smiled faintly, "There's not just one incident. By coming here, you've directly triggered a huge causal connection, but don't worry, this old monk still has the strength to assist you!"
Chu Mo looked at the old monk with some skepticism and couldn't help asking, "I don't yet know the master's dharma name, and besides… I share no kinship or obligation with the master. Why would you help me so? Could it be that the master wishes to convert me to Buddhism?"
The old monk laughed without saying a word, "Although Buddhism speaks of universally saving all beings, there is another saying you might not have heard, 'Buddha saves those with fate.' If there is no fate, why force it? This old monk has no dharma name. Titles are but illusory appellations. I am not bound by them, nor do I require a title."
