"Initially, saving one person was tough enough, but then the banana threw me a curveball!"
Unable to hold back a sigh, Su Ran used his clone's perspective to inspect the underground space, looking for any possible mechanisms or hidden passages that might allow them to escape. Disappointingly, he found not a single useful clue, and so he abandoned the idea of trying shortcuts.
"This is problematic. If I jump down there, I'll definitely end up in that unsettling in-between state of neither human nor ghost, perhaps even losing my autonomy. I must think of a foolproof method."
Standing at the edge of the pit, Su Ran was troubled. At this moment, a piece of draft paper appeared in his mind, filled with rows of ideas. Mixed together, however, they looked like a child's scribbles—messy and without a helpful clue, deepening his frustration.
"Could it be that this trap will only deactivate if those two inside perish?"
