A faint glow enveloped Banana's body, and with a flicker of light, Banana disappeared right from under the Dark Bone Lion's feet.
"Hey, this kid's got quite a few life-saving skills, even Instant Movement!"
Su Ran searched around in surprise, trying to find Banana's figure, but before he could make a move, the giant tree that Terica had transformed into stirred.
"Whoosh!"
A branch shot out like lightning, striking the empty air, and forced Banana out of the void.
"Ouch, damn it, Old Teri, why are you taking their side?"
Clutching his butt, Banana yelped in pain and hopped around on the ground; it seemed Terica's lash was not light.
"Hmph, daring to strike at the messenger, you're gravely disrespectful. If not you, then who should I lash?!"
The giant tree shook its branches and leaves, speaking in a deep and resonant voice that echoed around, with quite a deterring force.
"What? This is the messenger?"
