Su Ran was surprised to find that the queen ant, covered in golden patterns, was using her body to shield the ant nest, defending it from the attacks of the Primordial Great Snake and the Corpse Bone Centipede. She wasn't fighting back, only curling up there without moving.
"Did the poison make her go mad? Or did Beep-Beep manage to convert her?"
Su Ran mumbled in confusion. He lowered his head and glanced at Beep-Beep, who was crawling around on his rib, and saw no signs of control. His faint hope instantly dissipated. He knew that the Soul Bewilderment skill's success rate was quite low on bosses, so it was unlikely to succeed in one shot.
The idea of her being poisoned into madness was even more ridiculous.
