"It tastes bad, right? I meant for it to be bad," Yu Jingrong thought to herself, chuckling inwardly at the success of her mischievous prank.
However, she didn't let it show on her face, for Li Chengyun was looking up at her. Putting on an indifferent front, she asked, "Why aren't you eating anymore?"
"Three years, and your culinary skills haven't improved one bit." Though that was what he said, he still leaned down and took another bite.
Considering his words, there wasn't any blatant mockery, but Yu Jingrong still retorted, "Don't like it? Then maybe you should stop eating."
With that, she reached out to grab the bowl of noodles from Li Chengyun, only to have her hand caught by him.
"I'm hungry!" He conveyed that he wanted to keep eating, because when a person is hungry, they will eat no matter how bad the food tastes.
"Oh, well, take your time. I'm going to rest!" Yu Jingrong tried to pull her hand away and leave.
