"Alright, we can talk slowly, we're all family here, no rush." Lin Dongmei said, bubbling over with joy.
Yu Han drove them to a rather upscale restaurant.
Throughout the drive, Lin Dongmei kept prying about Yu Han's income and property.
"Auntie, it's impossible for you to move in with us." As the three of them sat down, Yu Han spoke, "However, I can give you and Yan Huan a house for you two to live in."
"No!" Yan Xia immediately protested.
Yu Han gently patted her hand, signalling her to calm down.
"Really? How big is the house?" Lin Dongmei asked, her eyes shining.
"The house should be more than enough for you and Yan Huan, but you'll have to sign an agreement," replied Yu Han with a smile.
"What agreement?" Lin Dongmei asked cautiously.
Yu Han glanced at Yan Xia, "No gambling. If you can adhere to this stipulation for three years, the house is yours. How does that sound?"
Lin Dongmei had called him, first complaining, then bluntly saying she wanted to move in with them.
