Samuel Johnson looked at her with a pained expression, "Amanda, do you not love me anymore?"
Amanda Smith was taken aback and leaned in to give him a kiss, "How could that be?"
Samuel Johnson accused her with a grievance, "But in this world, besides you and me, who else knows that we are in a relationship?"
"Your parents know…"
Samuel Johnson turned his head away in anger, refusing to pay attention to her.
Poor thing, he wanted recognition for their relationship, yet why was it so hard to obtain!
Samuel Johnson sulked all the way, ignoring Amanda Smith. As for Amanda, she had become quite adept at ignoring Samuel's moodiness. It was not until she realized the route home was different from the one they'd taken earlier that Amanda finally showed surprise. She turned her head and asked, "Samuel, where are we going? Aren't we heading back to the hotel?"
