Amanda Smith, in her get-up, scared the arranged service staff all along the way.
"Hey, miss, do you need any help?"
Anyone with eyes could tell something had happened just by looking at her.
There were quite a few guests on their way, and accidentally being caught in a photo posted online would have been a disaster.
When Samuel Johnson came chasing after her, Amanda Smith was being stopped by a waiter. He sighed with relief, hurried over, took off his coat and put it on Amanda, and before she could react, he picked her up and carried her out the door.
Amanda struggled forcefully, but Samuel held her tight and said in a low voice, "Don't move... It's not good for others to see you like this."
Amanda really stopped struggling then. She just looked at Samuel, who was holding her, and then went still.
Samuel didn't dare linger and quickly made his way to the parking lot, placed her in the passenger seat, and then swiftly got into the car himself.
