Amelia Clarke felt the air being stolen away, her mind in a daze, as her body transformed into a pool of spring water the instant he kissed her, her arms involuntarily climbing up the man's broad shoulders.
After kissing for a while, Owen Moreland's lips were still lingering on hers, and a low, husky voice spilled from between their touching lips.
"Did you miss me a lot when I wasn't around?"
Amelia opened her eyes, her pupils brimming with water, her nose full of his scent. Her heartbeat so fast it seemed to leap out of her throat. Hearing the question laced with tender entanglement, she licked his thin lips and gazed seductively into the depths of his dark, penetrating eyes, "What do you think?"
The man smiled upon hearing this and entwined her lips once more.
After a while, Owen released her, "I'm going to take a shower, wait for me obediently."
Amelia lay on the thin blanket, her cheeks flushed red, the water in her eyes almost spilling out, and she nodded imperceptibly.
