Chapter 10 - Yu Clan

"Who are you?" The Yu Clan members couldn't keep calm seeing a stranger come and occupy their Patriarch's throne.

The one asking was an old man with his hands on his back.

His body was already somewhat stooped but his eyes were sharp as knives.

He emitted an extraordinary aura that could make the Dragon Warriors tremble.

He was actually a Dragon Master, at the first stage.

The rulers of the world were in the realm of the Dragon Emperor, but a Dragon Master was enough to have great influence in a city that had many cultivators.

Of course, the old man was only an elder of the Yu Clan, not its Patriarch.

Jellal was familiar with him because he was still alive when he visited this clan in a past life.

His name was Yu Hong, given the title Elder Hong.

Right after Elder Hong arrived, another one arrived, a young man with a long knife in his hand.

"How dare you sit on my father's throne?" he said in a loud voice, jumping straight at Jellal.

Jellal was seeing the young man for the first time, and he immediately knew that he was the young master of this clan, Yu Ming.

He was the cause of the Yu Clan's enmity with Lin Diao.

The reason being that he managed to get Lin Diao's little lover Yan Ru to leave Lin Diao and choose to be with him.

His actions made Lin Diao so angry that he later killed him before he could even start an official relationship with Yan Ru.

When Jellal visited this world in his previous life, Yan Ru was still alive, as a gloomy middle-aged woman.

At this moment, Yu Ming arrived in front of Jellal, slashing his knife at him.

His attack was considered natural given that Jellal had actually infiltrated directly into his clan's territory.

Elder Hong narrowed his eyes to observe Yu Ming's attack. He clearly wanted to see how strong Jellal was because until now he hadn't been able to clearly sense his strength.

He even thought Jellal was just an ordinary human, but he had to admit that his aura was extremely extraordinary.

Jellal didn't stand up, only pointed his finger at Yu Ming.

BANG!

The man was seemingly kicked in the face, sent flying into the clan fortress until his body was stuck there.

The other Yu Clan members who wanted to help him froze at the sight.

While they were still shocked, Jellal moved his finger again.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Suddenly, the Yu Clan members who were at home whether they were just minor members, elders, and even the Patriarch, were brought out of their respective homes by an invisible force.

They then fell right in front of Jellal, like a pile of fish being taken out of a net.

It was a sight that made the people who were first outside rub their eyes, as if they were wondering if this was a dream or real.

Jellal remained silent after doing so, waiting for everyone to calm down.

He didn't need to explain that he wasn't an ordinary cultivator.

Even a fool would understand.

"Ehmmm, ehmm!" Patriarch Yu finally stood up, tidying up his slightly messy robes.

He was a middle-aged man with a dashing body, giving the impression that he was a fighter who had returned from many battlefields.

"Sir, may we know who you are? Why have you come to our little clan?" he asked Jellal with great respect.

"Call me Young Noble Jellal. I'm here because I want to stay here. Don't worry, I'll pay properly," Jellal replied, snapping his fingers until his mansion appeared in an empty lot.

Apparently, the mere existence of the mansion caused countless spiritual plants to appear around, growing at a rapid pace.

"Well, you can take whatever you want," Jellal added.

Once again, the Yu Clan members were shocked. They were amazed by the splendor of the mansion, wondering where it was made.

And the spiritual plants had some of them pinching themselves, trying to figure out if this was real or just a dream.

Patriarch Yu was confused, staring back and forth between Jellal and the mansion.

No matter how he thought, he still didn't understand anything.

Meanwhile, Jellal finally stood up, but he walked straight to his mansion.

He would just watch and wait. There was no need to take any action now as the scenario would still play itself out.

"Wait!"

Unexpectedly, someone called out to Jellal.

It turned out to be Yu Ming who had just come down from the wall. Although his legs were a bit lame, he approached Jellal in a hurry.

He no longer looked arrogant to him, but tried to show an exaggerated friendly smile.

Jellal was not surprised or anything by that.

In his previous life, he had always been very familiar with the enemies of the protagonists despite their initial conflict.

It seemed to be part of the fateful scenario.

"Young Noble, allow me to be your disciple," Yu Ming said when he arrived in front of Jellal, even kneeling down before kowtowing.

It seemed that he wasn't so stupid either. Although he wanted to approach Jellal after learning of his strength, but what he was asking for was more than just friendship.

Jellal had never had a disciple, even in his previous life, so the request made him feel a little strange, a little unsure of answering.

However, when thinking about it, he felt like kicking Yu Ming.

In his opinion even if he wanted a disciple, it must be a peerless genius, there was no way he would choose a guy like Yu Ming who was only the protagonist's first stepping stone as his disciple.

He shook his head, and replied, "You can't be my disciple, but don't worry, I'll give you a technique to make you stronger. Yeah, as long as I'm here, I'll protect you if you're in trouble that you can't solve."

Jellal sent a beam of light into the young man's head before continuing on his way.

He deliberately said he would protect him so that he would become more uncontrollable when he came into conflict with the protagonist, Lin Diao.
