Adam Jones casually picked up his coffee, took a sip, and started talking as if it was an afterthought,
"We're going on a trip tomorrow. Do you want to join us?"
Harry Hall's fingers, which had been idly toying with the coffee, paused slightly. His gaze fell on Adam, as if he were looking at a fool, "Since when did you become so enthusiastic?"
It wasn't that he looked down on his friend, but Adam had always been a loner, and he was probably the only one who could put up with him all these years.
