Soon, exam day arrived.
Aoi passed the two examiners standing on the floor, bypassed their genjutsu, and walked inside the hall, ignoring them.
Karin also followed him calmly.
The hall was half empty; there weren't many Genin gathered yet.
Aoi glanced at everyone; his gaze stayed on the boy with glasses and a bookish-like vibe, the Kabuto assistant of Orochimaru, one of the Sannin.
Kabuto felt his gaze turn and glanced at Aoi. He smiled with flickering light in his glasses.
Aoi turned his head away, walked, and appeared in a wall corner. He stood by the wall, closing his eyes. Karin also stood beside him, looking at everyone in the hall curiously.
Soon more and more Genin gathered, the hall was filled up, then a commotion spread, with the first Naruto epic declaration and then a sound Genin attack, Kabutos acting,
Aoi opened his eyes and glanced at Kabuto, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura, far away.
"You all walk inside the exam room without causing any commotion, or you will fail the exam." Inside the forest of death, Aoi put away the earth scroll, then glanced at the different directions, covering the whole death forest in his senses, ignoring the Orochimaru and Gaara. 'I can't change the plotline for now.' he thought, then moved toward the other village teams.
Looking at a three-man team from some unknown village, Aoi attacked them and apprehended them with mud limits, then took away their heaven scroll.
"Well, now let's go reach the destination."
Aoi spoke playfully, looking at the shocked Karin beside him. He walked forward.
Karin also followed, adjusting her glasses and looking at his back thoughtfully. 'How did he know the team was hiding here? Can he also sense chakra?'
Soon passing through the whole forest, Aoi appeared near the destination, looking at the building in front.
Then he raised his brow intriguingly and glanced at Gaara and his team, walking out from the other side of the forest.
Temari and Konkuro were surprised and solemnly looking at Aoi, while Gaara glanced at him with a crazy expression, his blood frenzy triggered.
Aoi glanced at him speechlessly and instantly glanced at his stomach. The next moment, he appeared in front of one tail, a huge tanuki beast.

Karin startled, nodded, followed him, and while glanced at Gaara, 'I just sensed a huge ominous chakra; how did it disappear suddenly? Is it him?' looking at Aoi back curiously, wondering what kind of ninja he is,
Aoi combined both scrolls and summoned an examiner; it was the shadow clone of Asuma Sarutobi sealed inside.
"Well, you three passed the second exam; next go and wait for the result." Asuma spoke, then turned into smoke.
Aoi didn't care; he knew what's going to happen next; it will be the preliminary round before the 3rd final exam.
He walked inside the room attached to the main competition hall and sat down on the couch, while Karin was sitting a little away from him, looking at everything around him nervously.
'I haven't done anything?' Karin thought she was useless; with Aoi beside her, everything passed so smoothly.
Soon other Genin gathered, and coincidentally, eight teams passed the second round, which was more than expected.
