As Ares emerged from the bathing room, stark naked, he was greeted by Kaito's impatient gaze. The fox demon showed no hint of surprise or embarrassment, his expression unfazed.
Nonchalantly, he snatched a neatly folded towel from a hanger and tossed it at Ares. "Have you begun consummating with the sacrifice?" he asked bluntly.
Ares' face darkened, his eyes flashing with irritation. He caught the towel and wrapped it around his lower body, then strode into a nearby closet room, emerging moments later dressed in elegant attire and a white cloak in his grip.
"I almost forgot that you excel at reminding me of my duties," he hissed, his voice heavy with annoyance, as he approached Kaito, who forced a cheerful smile onto his face.
"Do you want me to apologize? I won't," He pulled out a scroll from his pocket and handed it to him.
