To Cypher, getting up from the bed and leaving his mate for anything in her sleepy state for anything in the word, sounds like a Taboo to him. It felt like a sacrilege, and it was taking forever for her to wake up.
He wanted to her sleep all she can, rest enough but his body twitched to her get up, to be sure she's really safe and not taken into a land of another illusion while sleeping, it got to a certain stage where he had to bend to her nose to confirm if she's breathing or placing his hands on her chest for confirmation. He was going crazy as he took his hands on his messy golden brown hair and turned to get up.
"Cypher?" Her warm hoarse voice called him and he was back on the bed, hovering over her as if he never had plans to leave initially.
"Hey.. you good?" He asked cupping her cheeks and feeling her temperature and to his relief she's okay and warm.
