Cypher had been so lost in his ecstasy and pleasure of his mate that he forgot the sole reason for their departure from his room into the guest room. He had looked confused at first when he stepped out until the memories of what had happened replayed and his blood boiled like an inferno at the realisation that one of them was almost killed.
He made sure to make Kaylan have her breakfast and take a nap before striding past to meet Zane who had been patiently waiting for him.
"What the fuck happened?" He asked, checking his wristwatch to check the time he had left to spend before visiting Sebastian.
"I don't know, aside from the knife she held tightly in her hands. It seems she tried to kill you."
"And you can't tell if she's from here?" He pinched his brows in confusion and Zane twitched his lips.
