By the time they reached the Mansion, it was cool and calm. The tension had doused off completely and Cypher stood by the window, staring at both and wishing for the Fae descendants not to take his dear beloved mate.
He had never felt so restless in his life that he regretted not following them in the first place, it was dark and so gloomy. The meal they prepared for him lay on the table getting cold. He would eat with his mate and nothing more.
