Cypher couldn't believe his eyes, he thought he was still in a trance as he saw the duo, running towards him and each step increased the urgency of rain, it fell more rapidly this time, soaking their face and making the place look so sacred.
Maliya stood before Cypher, panting and heaving in harsh breaths, her red hair glued to her skin and there was a heavy downpour, soaking them up. Maliya bit her lips and bowed respectively, nothing was going to redeem her actions or the cause for her delay but what matters the most is that she's finally here.
"I have a thousand apologies to render but I'll save it till I get Kaylan out immediately." She told him, going straight to the point and Cypher nodded in response. He knew something had happened, so blaming her or transferring any sort of aggression would be the most stupid thing to do.
"She's okay, but getting her out of that place is what I hope works out."
