"Where the hell did you go Kaylan, You scared the shit out of Everyone?" Zane ranted immediately and stared at Maliya's worried eyes who suddenly glinted at his sight and Kaylan shook without saying a word.
"She was right here with me when we slept together." Maliya responded and Zane ruffled his hair and reached out to Cypher through the mindlink.
"She's fine Alpha, just come over." He told him and he could already imagine the scowl on his face and the urgency in his steps.
"That's not what the Alpha told me, you were not in this room when he came looking for you. Talk to me Kaylan and tell me truth." Zane darted his gaze at Kaylan whose silky hair clung to her skin from the effect of the sweat and her eyes blurred from the tears that gathered in her eyes.
