Cypher frowned deeply and the air thickened with tension.
"He did what?" He choked with his words and his hands dropped down, fisting on their own but she caressed them instead and looked at him.
"He didn't succeed, so I took him down. I need you Cypher, I don't know why I'm suddenly feeling like this but I just want you to kiss me." She uttered boldly and looked at him straight in the eyes which shocked the hell out of her because days ago, she wouldn't have the effrontery to say the words to her.
"Kaylan.." Cypher breathed heavily and rested his head at the crook of her neck, she smelt like Vanilla and a sweet Jasmine.
He needed her too, Goodness! It was too much for him to endure. How was he even thinking when he said he was going to avoid her?
