They all retreated as if they were running away from them, leading them outside the pack and shifting to their Lycanroc forms lest they got affected. Cypher cursed and fought hard, making a heavy clanking of swords in the air and slaughtering the majority of them to pieces.
He growled in anger as he fought, his rage taking over him at the audacity of these people to come to his pack after what they did to him. His eyes scanned around lazily for their King but he didn't see him at the moment but saw Max who just joined the crowd to massacre the demons to pieces. He felt relieved and got even more motivated to finish them no matter their numbers.
He couldn't find Zane at the moment but that was the least of his worries because he might be inflicted by the dark powers of these people and begin to fight against them.
