Jinghan and Zixuan had stayed by the river for quite a long time before returning home. The house seemed naturally peaceful, but Zixuan knew all too well that his grandmother might have flown into a rage while they were out. That second aunt of his really had a knack for infuriating grandmother every time.
The second uncle's family had already left, likely chased away by grandmother. Zixuan chuckled, "Would you join me in the study to read, and after we've had lunch, we can have a good afternoon nap?"
