"I want to go up on stage to announce something," Melody Foster looked at Nigel Clegg, "Can you accompany me up there?"
Nigel Clegg couldn't help being slightly stunned, but he took Melody Foster's hand, "Okay, I'll accompany you."
After speaking, he couldn't help but laugh, "You're not planning to call off the engagement, are you?"
"I'm not," Melody Foster shook her head resolutely, "Nigel, I will always be with you, and never leave you."
Her expression and tone were both firm.
That made Nigel Clegg freeze again.
When Melody Foster grabbed the microphone, she had never felt so powerful.
"Distinguished guests," she began, and immediately the whole Grand Hall quieted down, she saw that everyone was looking at her, then she glanced at Nigel Clegg, "There's something I want to announce to everyone."
The venue fell into an extreme silence once again.
Melody Foster saw Darton Thompson's eyes widen, with undisguised hope within them.
