Nigel Clegg, Jose, and Melody Foster all remained still.
Waiting for Arthur Baker and Jane Foster to fuss about.
After the two of them ran upstairs, they started searching and rummaging around frantically until Jane Foster's sharp voice rang out.
"Where's the painting? Why can't I see the painting?"
There was more rustling, then the sound of Jane Foster thudding down the stairs.
The staircase was spiral, and she didn't seem to fear falling as she hurried down, running to the black tile and looking down at it, then up again.
"Where is it?" Arthur Baker's voice also came from upstairs.
Jane Foster immediately asked Jose, "Where is it?"
Jose shrugged with an air of indifference, "Why bother asking me when you ran so fast?"
"Speak up!" Jane Foster yelled at Jose.
However, the next second, her collar was grabbed by Nigel Clegg.
Nigel Clegg showed no chivalry towards her, nearly choking her, "Be polite to my brother."
