William Shaw had known for a long time that he would never forget Dodo.
He couldn't possibly tell Dodo that after she left, he had asked about her as well.
But there was never any news of her again.
He missed her day and night.
However, he could only cherish her as a beautiful memory.
Every choice was his own doing.
So all the bitter consequences were his to bear alone.
"You look very beautiful tonight," William Shaw suddenly felt at a loss for words with Dodo.
But Dodo just laughed, she replied naturally, "I thought you were going to say that I have always been beautiful."
"It is always beautiful," William Shaw paused, suddenly finding himself at a loss for words, "Shall we find a quiet place?"
"Sure."
To his surprise, Dodo didn't refuse him.
In fact, seeing William Shaw felt very familiar to Dodo.
