Dodo was somewhat taken aback.
Meanwhile, John Coleman immediately became a little nervous.
Following the arrival of the massive bouquet, a slender figure appeared closely behind it.
Then, a little boy's head struggled to peek out from behind the bouquet, "Miss Dodo, Miss Dodo's roses."
He handed over the flowers.
Dodo promptly caught them.
A hefty bunch, easily a hundred at first glance.
The little boy was about to leave when John Coleman abruptly stopped him.
"Wait!" he grabbed the little boy's shoulder.
The small boy was suddenly enveloped by a large shadow, his eyes widening in fear.
"It's not... I just want to ask," John Coleman quickly softened his expression, "who asked you to deliver these flowers?"
"A really handsome big brother," the little boy said, "He asked me to deliver the flowers to Miss Dodo here."
John Coleman let him go, and the little boy immediately ran off as if escaping.
And he had already heard Dodo's laughter.
