Shawn Clegg used to think he wouldn't care... but it turned out to be the most important piece of the puzzle in his world.
He was feeling a bit restless now, unable to find interest in anything or anyone.
He thought he must be sick.
Having not slept all night, he felt a bit dizzy, and his forehead seemed a bit hot.
His legs began to hurt fiercely again.
Chloe Bennet was saying something, but he could hardly hear her clearly.
Suddenly, he heard Chloe Bennet scream.
When he regained consciousness, he found Chloe Bennet holding his arm.
And his body was leaning to one side of the wheelchair, nearly falling off.
"I'm sorry," he shook his head, trying to clear it a bit more, to shake off the darkness before his eyes, "what just happened to me?"
Chloe Bennet's face had turned white with fright: "You, you were about to fall over, you looked like you were dying."
As she was speaking, she reached out and touched Shawn Clegg's forehead.
