"There's no special reason, this drug was jointly developed by Sez's military and the Paul Family's Research Institute. They've developed quite a few biochemical drugs in the past, and this is just one of them. Including the genetic drug that Selena Paul wanted to harm you with, as well as the drug to control the Queen, were all developed by them."
The man replied to Victoria.
"The Queen..." Victoria struggled to repeat the man's words, "The Queen... what about her?"
"During the mental evaluation, they relied on something to have the Queen diagnosed with a problem." It seemed the man knew that Victoria wouldn't remember any of this now, so he spoke without restraint, "There are murky waters here, and it's best if you don't get involved."
"Is the Queen in danger?" Victoria, somehow, seemed a bit more alert.
"There is no great danger for now," the man replied, "But once she officially abdicates in two months and hands over the throne, it'll be uncertain."
