Victoria's plane arrived at central city in the northern part of Sez almost at the same time as the plane of Hank Clegg.
She looked at the metropolis that almost rivaled the capital of Sez.
"If no one told me, I would definitely think this is the capital of Sez." She said to Duo Duo.
"Actually, this place is considered as the capital of North Sez." Duo Duo explained to Victoria, as she studied this thoroughly for the trip, "North Sez is just one step - a declaration of independence, away from becoming an independent nation. However, if that happened, Sez would be immediately plunged into civil strife."
"So there's a leader here too?" Victoria widened her eyes, because in her mind, M country is very prosperous, unified and hence, she had no concept of this.
