By the time Hank Clegg had found his footing, he saw Samuel standing up as well.
His wheelchair had transformed into octopus-like struts, holding him upright.
He was actually taller than Hank by a head.
"Pretty cool, isn't it?" Samuel asked Hank.
Upon finishing his sentence, Hank noticed something resembling a gun barrel extending from the armrest of Samuel's wheelchair.
He hastily dodged to the side.
The sound of gunshot echoed where he was just standing.
Samuel bent over the armrest, shooting wildly at Hank.
"My bullets are real, Hank Clegg," he called out while continuing his gunfire, "Let's see how long you can dodge them."
Dodging bullets was indeed difficult.
Fortunately, Hank was wearing a bulletproof vest. Several bullets hit his torso, causing him real pain.
In a few seconds, Hank had reached the edge of the pool. He turned around, jumped into the water with his back first, with his gun pointed towards Samuel.
