"Stop the car!" Rebecca Smith had a fierce look in her eyes, her fury almost visible when she heard her subordinate's comment.
Who dared to follow her?
Which suicidal rabbit dared to tail her?
"Block the road with our car!" she ordered the driver while eyeing the taxi in the rearview mirror. "I'd like to see if they dare to ram through us."
In the taxi behind them, the driver was taken aback when he saw the Renault he was trailing suddenly made a U-turn and parked itself in the middle of the road.
"Miss, they've stopped. What should we do?" the driver asked Victoria.
"Huh?" Victoria didn't expect the car in front to stop, but she quickly noted down the street signs. "Ignore them, and just drive past."
Stopping now would be tantamount to admitting they were tailing them.
The best move would be to act as if nothing happened and drive past.
Then call the police and report the car's location.
"Miss, they drove past us," one of Rebecca's subordinates informed her.
