"I'm so happy! All of today's effort wasn't in vain," Victoria felt as light as a feather, almost about to fly, "Ah, I'm so hungry, when will we eat?"
She walked a few steps towards the stairs, then stopped again: "I'll go take a shower first, call me when it's mealtime."
The three members of the Clegg Family all remained silent, quietly watching Victoria.
Victoria finally felt that something was amiss.
"What's going on? Why are you all staring at me? Did I do something wrong?" she asked.
Madame Clegg was the first to laugh: "What could be wrong? We're just... we're just happy for you. Our Victoria is really impressive, even managing to influence the old master of the Gordon Family."
"That's because..." Victoria bragged, "if I can't influence him, I know to find someone more powerful to do the influencing. Pretty good, right? You said I was running around wildly, but didn't I just easily solve the problem?"
