"As we know, Hank Clegg and Victoria Talkington are currently in a romantic relationship, you're aware of this, aren't you?" The Gordon Family's lawyer asked.
Charlotte Wilson sensed something amiss but feeling a little dizzy at the moment, she hesitated a bit before nodding her head, "I know."
"So, you and Victoria Talkington have a close collegial relationship, and due to her relationship with Hank Clegg, you became acquainted with Hank Clegg's colleague Logan Franklin early on..." The Gordon Family lawyer said.
"That's not the case." Charlotte finally realized something, "I only found out about this later."
"Objection!" The public prosecutor almost shouted angrily, "The defense lawyer is deliberately manipulating the language to lead the witness's response."
"Your Honor," the Gordon Family's lawyer interjected, "I apply to disqualify Charlotte Wilson as a witness. She has an unusual relationship with the prosecution, her testimony cannot be used as evidence in court."
