When Victoria returned to the Secretary's Office Area at headquarters, she was already prepared for her battle with Joanna Bell.
Knowing Miss Bell's nature of hating losses and bullying the weak, Victoria imagined that she must have devised a hundred ways to torment her, hadn't she?
However, upon returning to the office, Victoria handed the contract to Joanna. But Joanna placed the contract on her desk and casually said, "Alright, you can go back to your work."
"Joanna, could you please review this," Since Joanna didn't show any signs of nitpicking, Victoria addressed her liberally, "So I can clear the issue."
"No need," Joanna didn't even look at Victoria, "I already cleared it a while ago. This contract was part of the previous batch."
Usually, once a contract was signed, it would require another review before the matter was cleared.
