Hank Clegg appraised Luca Nelson from head to toe before speaking, "If I'm not mistaken, you're still attending college and just doing odd jobs for the Clegg family."
Upon Hank's remark, both Ms. Liu and Luca were taken aback.
"You, young master, how on earth did you find that out?" Luca exclaimed.
Hank didn't respond to Luca's question. To him, social graces, observations, and deductions were child's play.
Wiping her tears, Ms. Liu admitted to Hank, "Luca is indeed in college, but he is about to graduate. I wanted to ask the lady to let him work at the Clegg family's company. Young Master, you can punish me as you see fit, but could you give Luca a chance?"
Upon hearing this, Luca angrily interrupted his mother, "Mom! The Cleggs aren't the only ones with a company in this world. I have two hands and two feet, why can't I look for a job on my own?"
Hearing Luca's words, Hank began to admire this young man.
