Victoria immediately followed the sound to see a pair of pink pyjama-clad legs emerging from the stairs - a pair of furry slippers, studded with diamonds, on her feet.
The legs were treading carefully and slowly down the stairs.
Victoria then saw a woman with chestnut brown hair, and an almost alluring appearance, descending.
Mother Liu's face immediately softened into a respectful expression upon seeing the woman: "Oh, Miss Zhou, were you disturbed by our noise?"

Victoria furrowed her brows, the name felt familiar.
She could never have guessed that this Miss Zhou was the same woman who had sent someone to the Clegg family to snap her pictures.
