What surprised Daisy was that the Club actually had a place for women to bathe and rest.
She went for a bath, and in the huge steaming pool, she was the only woman.
After she got up, a full five women came to give her a massage and a beauty treatment.
"Don't you have any female customers here?" Daisy asked curiously.
"Yes, we do," the employee answered, "but they're also employees here. If any officer is generous enough, he can pay for their expenses here."
Daisy then chatted with the woman for a bit more.
But she became more and more sleepy, and in the end, she didn't even know how she fell asleep.
She only vaguely felt someone place a soft blanket over her, and then the light was turned off. She sank into a dreamless deep sleep…
Daybreak came quickly.
Compared to Daisy's busy night of enjoyment, Shawn Clegg almost didn't sleep at all.
His legs were in pain.
