Chloe Bennet was in a fluster, "I'm sorry, Sister, I just can't seem to remember…"
"Chloe, why don't you just rest over there," Daisy Wright spoke bluntly, "If you keep 'helping' like this, there's no way we can make a decent dinner. Mr. Qin and Shawn Clegg will be coming over tonight, and with you like this, it's impossible for us."
Chloe Bennet's eyes widened as she looked at Daisy with a somewhat bewildered gaze.
After a moment, she finally spoke, utterly shocked, "Do we really have to cook for them? Aren't we just playing?"
"Who's just playing?" Daisy was at a loss for words, "Sister Victoria brought over so many ingredients; of course, it's for us to cook for tonight's dinner."
After she finished speaking, Shawn Clegg couldn't help but chuckle.
"Alright, alright, Chloe Bennet, come here, come play cards with me, and let those two fuss over it," he beckoned to the confused Chloe Bennet.
