"The most important thing is, even though it was us and Mommy who were tricked together, Daddy only cares about Mommy's safety." Dodo was obviously dissatisfied.
Hank Clegg lowered his head and comforted Dodo by patting the top of his head, "Because you two are strong enough and I don't need to worry about you. Your mommy is really too silly; it's easy for her to get into trouble…"
"Hey, how can you step on me to comfort the baby?" Victoria immediately objected, "By rights, you should be hugging the baby now, showing your concern for them. Let go of me right now!"
But Hank Clegg's arms around Victoria did not let go.
He wore a faint smile on his face, "They have each other; they don't need me to hug them."
Upon hearing Daddy's heartless response, Dodo and Michael could only truly… hug each other quietly.
"Hey, Daddy, I heard that prince sent you a lover. How was she?" Dodo said, deliberately trying to get back at Hank Clegg.
