"No one asked you to bark like a dog," Hank Clegg said silently, "Sit tight, I'll go pull Matilda back."
Victoria looked at Hank Clegg discontentedly: "Woof!"
Hank Clegg was caught between laughter and tears.
On the other side, the babies truly couldn't hold back Matilda Murphy any longer.
He hurried over.
As soon as Matilda Murphy saw Hank Clegg coming, he flung off the two babies and dashed towards the cliff.
"Don't come over here! Let go of me!"
Right at the edge of the cliff, Hank Clegg tackled him to the ground. A moment later and he would have really fallen off and been smashed to pieces.
But Matilda Murphy desperately pushed Hank Clegg away, trying to break free.
"Bastard!" he cursed, "Don't take advantage of me, I'm a genuine guy through and through!"
"With your skinny body and no chest, who would bother to cop a feel?" Hank Clegg gritted his teeth as he held onto Matilda Murphy, "Calm down, there's an abyss down there!"
