Summer Gardner was busy standing up, "I'll take you there."
She led the duchess to the restroom door, pushed it open, and turned on the light for her.
"Thank you."
The duchess thanked her, walked in, and closed the door. She immediately bent over the toilet and vomited up the meat and wine she had just consumed.
With her hand bracing against the toilet, her body shook violently, taking a long time to gather the strength to stand up.
Summer did not leave; hearing something amiss inside, she gently knocked on the door.
"Duke, are you alright?"
"I..." The duchess forced herself to stand upright, "I... I'm fine. You go back first."
"Alright, I'll wait for you in the restaurant," Summer went back to the restaurant.
Inside the restroom,
the duchess struggled to walk to the sink. She raised her hand to remove her glasses, and her reflected face was streaked with tears.
